Cancellation Policy
I kindly require a minimum of 24 hours notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide this notice will result in a 50% charge of the booked service. No shows and cancelling within 4 hours of your appointment will result in a 100% charge of your booked service. This cancellation policy allows me the time to inform other clients on my waitlist of availability. Thank you for understanding.
Please make every effort to arrive to your appointment at the scheduled time. I know life happens , If you are more than 10 minutes late, depending on the service, I will try to get what I can done with the time that we have, and that you may need to book an additional appointment to come back to finish. If you are more than 15 minutes late, Please understand that your appointment will be rescheduled. I will not rush through your appointment and compromise my quality of work.
